IMPORTANT NOTICE: Expedited shipping methods, such as UPS Second Day Air or Next Day Air reduce the transit time for destinations further away from our address in Marlborough, MA, but are in addition to our lead time of 3 - 4 business days.

2. Orders shipped to Canada:

3. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii:
Shipment by US Postal Service at same pricing as the 48 contiguous states or by UPS charged at actual cost.

4. Shipping outside the U.S.A. and Canada:
We do not ship outside the U.S.A. and Canada.

Terms and Policies:

Lead Time and Shipment:
Our labels are not in stock, orders are processed and printed upon receipt. Please allow 3 - 4 business days for shipment from Marlborough, Massachusetts, USA. We are often able to ship orders sooner, but do not guarantee this. Expedited shipping methods, such as UPS Second Day Air or Next Day Air should be used to receive the order faster AFTER completion, for destinations such as California, that may otherwise have another 5 or 6 business days in transit.

All prices on this website are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Returns and Refunds:
Most orders are custom printed and cannot be returned for a refund. Items supplied incorrectly by us will be replaced without charge or will be refunded in full. Some standard items with a value over $25.00, ordered incorrectly by the customer can be returned, freight charges prepaid, for a refund less a 25% handling charge. Please contact us in advance for a return authorization number.

Purchases and Payment Methods:
We accept payments by PayPal and credit cards from Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover. Credit card payments are processed by PayPal but a PayPal account is not required.

Privacy Policy:

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
